Offerings are available to purchase via a sliding scale. This ensures that Lex's work is accessible to everyone that feels a call to work with her.

For example - if someone is working full time and can afford to go abroad on holiday a couple of times a year they would be expected to pay towards the top of the scale. Whereas if you are struggling for those trips then you have the lower part of the scale available.

This works completely on trust. There is no enquiry into a person situations, but this allows the freedom to pay what they feel is right for them.
